Get ready for the new groundbreaking digital terrestrial broadcasting standard and get a certified GOG DVB 115 T2 set-top box that supports the new H.265 (HEVC) standard. The device is designed for less demanding users, but it offers plenty of features for television broadcasting.
Gogen DVB-T2 receiver
The Gogen DVB-T2 receiver has an HDMI connector to connect it to any modern high-definition TV. Other connectors that are supported by the device include an aerial input and a digital coaxial audio output.
Extra interesting features
The USB connector on the front panel allows you to play music, video and photos in AVI, DivX, JPG, MKV, MOV, MP3, MP4, MPG, TS, VOB, WMA, WMV and XviD formats. You can also use them for recording programmes. Of course, it is possible to pause the current broadcast you are watching with the TimeShift function.
The tuner is the key element of the set-top box that allows you to receive TV signals and convert them into picture and sound on your TV screen. There are several different types of tuner, including DVB-T2 (H.265/HEVC), DVB-T, DVB-S2, DVB-S, DVB-C and dual tuner. Each of these tuners is designed to receive specific types of TV signals such as terrestrial broadcast, satellite broadcast or cable TV. The dual tuner allows simultaneous reception of two different TV channels or recording one channel and watching another. With different types of tuners, you can tailor the set-top box to your TV viewing needs and preferences.
