The GAINWARD company focuses exclusively on NVIDIA graphics cards and the new GeForce GTX 1080 model really shows the difference. The chip is clocked at 1607 MHz, rising to 1733 MHz under heavy load. The specifications also indicate that there is a quite decent margin for further overclocking. An excellently designed massive heatsink is cooled by a pair of silent fans, making it a very solid piece of engineering. The power supply requires one 6-pin and one 8-pin connector.
