DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan (Osmo Mobile 6) EU
This is a service plan that covers damage to your DJI product. This plan is valid for 24 months, and you can take advantage of up to four complete product replacements during this period for an additional fee if the product has been damaged in an accident or in normal operation. The normal warranty period does not cover these risks. This is an electronic license, which will be emailed to you after purchase. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or of equivalent quality to the existing unit in terms of performance and reliability. DJI Care Refresh covers the model body, hinge, camera, battery and propellers.

Terms and conditions for first purchase: the product must be brand new and not activated or must be activated within 48 hours of purchase.
Terms and conditions for service extension: If you have already purchased DJI Care Refresh for your device, you can extend your service with DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) up to 15 days after your existing service expires.
If the above conditions are not met, you can request online video verification of your product. Once approved, you have 72 hours to purchase DJI Care Refresh.
