Crucial 2GB DDR2 667MHz CL5 ECC Fully Buffered

A preferred server type memory module DDR2 Fully Buffered. The module boasts a capacity of 2 gigabytes and his performance shows the frequency of 667 MHz at CL5 timing that achieves. The module operates at 1.8 V.For absolute stability in a constantly full load is fitted narrow passive cooler.

Fully Buffered memory modules are similar to the registered memory, but are based on the serial architecture. The module contains a circuit AMB (Advanced Memory Buffer), which controls access to individual memory modules and facilitates the work and memory controller on the motherboard or the processor.

ECC technology checks the integrity of data stored in memory - in one bit so finds and corrects an error in two bits it finds too. Some memory controllers are able to correct errors of greater magnitude. This technology achieves maximum control memory data transferred.ECC is required by many manufacturers of motherboards.
