The charger has a total of 8 independent slots, so you can safely charge AA and AAA batteries at the same time. Each slot has its own LED indicator – it glows red during charging and turns green once the batteries are full. The appropriate charging current is then automatically selected by the microprocessor based on the needs of the inserted battery. The AlzaPower USB Battery Charger PU840B is equipped with a function that automatically switches it off after 13 hours of charging.

If you insert batteries the wrong way round, or use single-use alkaline or faulty batteries in the AlzaPower USB Battery Charger PU840B, the LED indicators will alert you by flashing red and green alternately. The same applies in the event of a short circuit, overvoltage, overload or overheating. The package includes a 60cm USB-C cable. For mains power, you will also need a power adapter with a minimum output of 10W (not included).
