The ViewSonic 24" TD2423 Touch Monitor brings interactive control to a 24” screen with a VA panel. This full HD touch monitor offers a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, which displays fine details, and a 75Hz refresh rate ensures smoother image motion than standard 60Hz monitors. The VA technology delivers a high contrast ratio of 3,000:1, which gives the image depth and clear differences between light and dark scenes. Intuitive ten-point IR touch technology expands control and interaction possibilities, while the 7H hardness screen surface increases scratch resistance. A 7ms (GtG) response time contributes to smooth content display without noticeable blur.

The monitor uses infrared (IR) touch technology that accurately recognises up to 10 touch points simultaneously. The controls are sensitive and respond reliably to touch from fingers, a stylus, or even gloves, which broadens its use in various environments from offices to public information kiosks. The stand includes a magnetic holder for storing the stylus. Ergonomics are supported by an adjustable stand that allows the screen to be tilted 20° forwards or up to 40° backwards. This wide tilt range makes it easy to find the optimal position for writing, drawing, or general work.

The display is based on a 24” VA panel with a full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. This combination provides a sharp and detailed image. Thanks to VA technology, the monitor achieves a high contrast ratio of 3,000:1, which results in deep blacks and bright whites. Colour reproduction covers 104% of the sRGB space, which means vivid and accurate colours. The panel works with an 8-bit colour depth, provided by 6-bit + Hi-FRC technology, which displays 16.7 million shades. The brightness of 250cd/m² is sufficient for work in normally lit rooms.

To reduce eye strain during long-term use, the monitor uses Flicker-Free technology and a blue light filter. Flicker-Free limits the invisible flickering of the backlight, while the filter reduces blue light emissions. The screen surface is protected by a 7H hardness layer, which increases scratch resistance. For alternative mounting methods, the monitor supports the VESA 100 × 100mm standard, allowing it to be attached to a wall or an adjustable stand. The audio equipment consists of integrated stereo speakers with a total output of 2 × 2W. For private listening, it offers a 3.5mm audio output and input. In SDR mode, the device falls into energy class D with a consumption of 14W.

The monitor offers flexible connectivity options for modern and older devices. Digital inputs HDMI 1.4 and DVI-D are available, complemented by an analogue VGA port. An integrated USB hub is used to connect peripheral devices such as a keyboard, mouse, or flash drive. This includes one upstream USB-B port for connecting to a computer and two downstream USB-A ports for accessories.
