TP-Link Festa FS328G

A switch is an active network unit that connects individual devices and other network elements. It is designed for controlling network traffic. The TP-Link Festa FS328G is supposed to be installed in a rack. This model impresses with a switching capacity of 56 Gb/s. The Switch is equipped with 24 × RJ-45 ports that facilitate connection with network elements. 4 SFP connectors serve to transport data via optical fibers. 10/100Base-T technology facilitates data transfer with a speed of up to 100 Mbit/s. 10/100/1000Base-T technology enables file transfer with a speed of up to 1000 Mbit/s. It uses Dual Personality ports, remarkable for including both the RJ-45 and SFP connector ; however, only one of them can be active at a time. The switch dimensions are 274 × 528 × 80mm. QoS aka Quality of Service technology makes sure the switch stays within its capacity, and it also enables you to control end station priority. The weight of the switch is 1980g. The TP-Link Festa FS328G also works on the ISO/OSI model network layer, meaning it can serve as a router. Thanks to this neat feature, you won't require another network element.
