One of the brushes after 3/4 year the battery died or rather (probably) the BMS started to malfunction. My toothbrush takes 6% of the battery for one 2-min cleaning, i.e. it lasts about 8 days. A woman's toothbrush lasts two days with the same cleaning. She's able to put the toothbrush down at night with 90%, pick it up in the morning and have maybe 40%. According to Google, the battery is often fine, but the problem is the BMS (battery management system). Most of the time, they say that disconnecting and reconnecting the flashlight will help, and it will catch. We wanted to file a complaint with Alza, but it didn't work - there is this note in the middle of the product page that we didn't notice: "The battery or accumulator that may be included in the product is subject to a lifetime of six months as it is a consumable. “. For that price, it's the biggest scam I've seen/buy from Alza in a while. Considering that after 3/4 year only 50% of the product (one of the two brushes) works properly, which cost 5400Kč and Alza does not want to claim - I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
