For this low price it's a great buy, I couldn't possibly get anything better! I also use the cheap TP-Link Tapo C200, C220 and C520WS home cameras in larger numbers and they work seamlessly. The image isn't even jerky like on a less powerful computer, so I can get some interesting performance at lower power. I recommend plugging into a UPS of some sort along with your router and a couple of cameras in case of a power outage.
