I wanted to make myself happy for once after years and buy a premium cover that preserves the design of the phone and doesn't turn it into a brick. I change iPhones yearly, so I waited for the 17 Pro Max and bought the Pitaka there. Worst buy EVER. I turn my phone display side down, I have a foil on it and I have never dropped my phone so many times in a few days with this case. The phone falls off the couch, off the table, just everywhere I put it. I can be as careful as I want, but you just can't change habits after years of habitual procrastination. It's quite annoying, because the phone doesn't fall right away, but always slides inconspicuously and only when you leave the room you hear a CRACK💥 It's this stupid greeting because it doesn't have raised sides over the edges. I can be glad that the phone is not broken, but I still have a pretty disgusting taste in my mouth from the fact that my brand new phone has slapped the ground several times from 1m height. Not to mention that it only has large cutouts for the port and buttons, while tl. covers the camera controls completely and makes them unusable. This means that if you want to charge at night before bed, for example, the USBC cable will chafe the aluminum because you'll probably miss the port right away. If you go out to exercise (or just function normally), you will soon notice spots on the cover that stick and can't be removed properly. In the hand, this creates a rather uncomfortable feeling when holding it and you feel the need to constantly clean the cover. For me, nice design, but that's about it. I went back to a classic called Spigen. Now when I put the phone display down on the edge of the table, it again holds like nailed and nothing slips. big bad for me.
