Connect to your phone for calls, SMS messages, etc. I don't use it, so I don't rate it. You can download an app to the watch that lets you change the look of the face and a bunch of other things I haven't even discovered yet. So it occurs to me that the primary function of the watch - i.e. time display, event. timer, tracks and alarm - are actually a bit secondary in my watch.
