For the money on sale, it was a good price where the competition in QLED was very limited and decent in its equipment. The picture is fine, but for example when compared to the TCL 65C835, the lower brightness and lack of local dimming is noticeable. I haven't had a chance to try Dolby vision, but I kind of can't quite imagine that it would mesmerize me with the brightness given. The sound is fine and for smaller rooms or apartments it definitely does not offend, compared to the 55C655, which is similarly priced, but this one lacks a subwoofer, which, I think, could still push the sound. Don't expect any miracles from Dolby Atmos, but the fact that the TV has it certainly doesn't offend. The absence of WiFi 6 freezes, especially if you have multiple things connected at home. Not that WiFi is too slow and hinders transmission, but for new electronics, I would already like "future proof" technology. For the price I wouldn't make a big drama out of it, the TV doesn't offend and for the money (especially at a discount) it excites. Those who are looking for something really top and want to feel like they're in a movie theatre, should better increase their budget and look at the higher ranks.

I have in this price range tv JVC. For the first time the fault was solved by playing new software. The second time it had to be serviced, so I immediately purchased this TCL TV until jvc fixed it. I was looking forward to it being equipped with Google tv already, since jvc has an older one. android tv. It was a shock. TV as such is great, but the new Google tv system is two steps back. I can compare it well because the newer system is slower, does what it wants and is cluttered and actually annoying. Jvc came back today, so TCL is off to the grandkids room. We wanted to buy TCL again for the living room, but 215cm, but unfortunately it also has Google tv, so we will stay with LG TV with another system for now. That's a whole other league. Fast, reliable. For me, as a rock and roll androider, this is disappointing. So, to summarize. TV good, but Google's system is useless!
