Connect your printer, scanner, plotter, and other USB-B devices to your computer with the AXAGON ADR-220B 20-metre active USB 2.0 connection cable. This active USB repeater cable amplifies the signal, allowing you to connect a USB-B device over a much greater distance than a passive cable would permit. You can extend the cable's reach further by using an AXAGON ADR-210 USB extension cable, for example.
A major advantage of the ADR-220B cable is its integrated auxiliary power connector. In most cases, power from the USB bus is sufficient. However, for devices with higher power consumption over longer distances, the USB power supply might be inadequate. In such cases, auxiliary power from the mains can solve the problem.
The repeater cable's exceptionally compact body allows for hassle-free use in electrical conduits or cable management systems. The high-quality shielded cable guarantees high-speed communication and minimal unwanted interference.

Power supply:
- The cable and connected devices are powered via the USB bus (bus-power mode 5V - 500mA).
- For most connected USB devices, USB bus power is sufficient and no additional power is needed.
- The active part of the cable includes a connector (Ø 3.5 × 1.3mm outer × inner diameter) for auxiliary external power of 5V/1–2A.
- A 1.2m USB A-M / 3.5mm jack power cable is included in the package. The cable allows for powering from a standard mobile phone charger with a USB-A output of 5V / min. 1A, e.g. AXAGON ACU-DS16.
