The Yale Linus L2 smart lock knows if the door is closed and locked. notifying you if this is not done. Door closing sensor is included. Through the app, you can set the Yale Linus L2 smart lock to automatically lock and unlock at selected times of the day. In the app, you will then see a list of activities, when the door has been unlocked/locked and also detects when the door has been opened. You can receive instant notifications for all activities.

Yale Linus L2 works great with the Yale Dot NFC tag

Don't search your pockets or purse for your keys and use your smartphone to unlock it by simply attaching it to the Yale Dot NFC tag (included) and unlock it without having to launch the app. The Yale Dot tag can be placed anywhere in your home or office, making it easy to access quick home security. You can use up to 5 Yale Dots NFC tags at a time, that can be placed wherever you need them. The doors can also be conveniently unlocked/locked via Bluetooth.
