I've now bought my sixth band from Xiaomi (2, 4, 7, 8 Pro, 9) and this is probably the worst model. I wanted a replacement after the number nine cracked in the aluminium part, before the new model arrives. BUT as a first-time band, it's fine, just not for demanding users.
Price
If you're looking for something to measure steps and sleep, this will do the job.
It has a test card as a background option and it fits this model like a glove.
The features are very stripped-down compared to other smartbands from Xiaomi.
just [EM] instead of smileys
The display quality compared to the Band 9 is laughable.

High-quality workmanship (quality strap, sturdy body)
Modern design
Reliable notifications
Unlike previous models, you can set the alarm directly on the watch.
The battery lasts about a week.
The alarm is difficult to turn off, the touch sensitivity is a bit low.

I preferred the previous generations with the oval design. Combined with the silicone strap, this rectangular shape isn't comfortable, which is why I returned the band.
Otherwise, it works as it should, but if it's uncomfortable to wear, it's useless.
