It works in a place where O2 and T-Mobile have a very crappy indoor data signal (which is pretty much everywhere outside of Prague and a few other larger cities), it's not downright better than on a cell phone, but you can put the modem in a better place where it works because I can't stand hanging from the ceiling for long, I'm not a demon or a spider. One of the antennas seems to really catch 4g, so you can buy a better one, or an external one, the other antenna will be for wifi propagation, but I'm just guessing. When you put a classic wifi antenna there, the signal is not catching because even if the connector is the same, the frequencies are different and the classic wifi antenna does not handle the 800-900 MHz bands, but if you catch LTE on higher bands so a normal wifi antenna could probably also work. So if you want to boost it, buy a true LTE antenna, not a wifi antenna! Not supporting 5g doesn't matter at all, because nobody uses the full potential of 5g yet and it's more just a scam to ads, 5g speed nowhere where I tested it was higher than 4g, many times on the contrary due to higher frequencies that are harder to penetrate through obstacles.

it has screw-on antennas that actually catch 4g (they're not just there for wifi) so you can potentially improve the signal with an external antenna
the modem doesn't seem to be able to do 2g at all, which is good because it can't skip, it holds 4g nicely even with a worse signal
the signal with the attached antennas is not much better than on the mobile, but I didn't expect that, the main thing is that I can put it in a better place
