I wanted a gaming router and on the advice of AI I switched to ASUS and I have to admit that it was an extreme piece of crap - outdated interface, constant choppiness, insanity. Then I went back to the tried and true TP-LINK brand and the TP-Link Archer GE230 router, and that's in a whole different league. Everything smooth, clear, super.
Beautiful clear interface
Works great

wifi signal strength and speed
2.5Gb port
various game tweaks, except for one functionality it works quite well
Game acceleration via WTFast does not work. After adding a device to be "boosted" it is simply not saved in the UI
