having a really bad experience with this device, bought 5 of them and the ZigBee hub from Tesla Smart. Very unreliable, loses connection to ZigBee hub, even when having direct lino of site. for the price of this device, expected much more stable operation. there are many cheaper, better options on the market. skip this device!

Great looking device and accurate measuring. Unfortunately, this is marred by a very sloppy and cumbersome integration into the Tesla Smart app. However, the worst is the sensitivity to ZigBee signal, e.g. I have a thermostatic heating head and this thermometer in the same room with the ZigBee hub. The heating head is 5 m away and reports an excelet signal (max), this thermometer which is only about 2 m away from the hub reports only a good signal. In the other rooms the heating head has a good signal but the thermometers have a bad signal. In the farthest room, the thermometer is already "stuck", the updates have dropouts and sometimes (every other day) the hub reports that the thermometer is offline. The thermometer must then be awakened physically by pressing a button. It will probably be a good idea to get a ZigBee signal repeater for these remote locations.

The device detail in the Tesla Smart app doesn't show tenths of a degree and it's really very sketchy for this device, unlike other devices in the app. The decimals can only be found under the "Weather" overview and then in a very limited (uncluttered) way in the chart.
History (graph), only after two hours, without the possibility to view the detail (e.g. the author should take an example from the temperature curve graph for the Tesla Smart thermostatic head). Looks like it was stitched with a very hot and crooked needle.
It would require a log (a simple list) with temperature records by the hour (similar to e.g. have a sensor log for motion detection or door opening).
A cosmetic detail. The stand is too wobbly and also short, the angle of tilt is not good (it lies too much).
The worst minus. It catches the signal pretty poorly, if it is farther from the hub, it reports a bad signal, and then there are problems with updating. It pretends to be online, but it doesn't send data.
