It holds relatively well in my Focus.
The phone rarely gets dropped
Sometimes it pops halfway out of the heating element grid and I have to push it back in.

Magnet holds the phone nicely
the whole holder does not hold in the grille, a little more movement and the mobile flies through the car

The cell phone's on the magnet.
The holder itself has trouble staying in place. If you go around a corner too fast, the bracket will fall off.
