It's burnt out.
It came knocked
Spiral heats up to the subway this one heated up to 15 cm then nothing.
After a month of use, about 1h/day, it has warmed up.
I'm not even going to claim that it came damaged.

It's not melting at all. After sitting on it for an hour, I didn't feel any change in the room temperature. Hands won't even warm up to 5cm

I don't understand how this can get such a positive review. It's absolutely useless to me. I only wanted it for the cottage as an additional heater overnight. If it is very dark in the room, the temperature display lights up like a switched on mobile phone. This would annoy me already, but the absolute "blast" is when the panel is off (but in a socket), that's when the light flashes. It's like someone's turning the cell phone screen off and on. The only solution is to pull the panel out of the socket. I don't know if I have a defective product, but the temperature sensor/thermostat absolutely does not work. Respectively, it is affected by the heating of the panel itself. The room was 22 degrees, I set the thermostat to 25 degrees, the heater turns on and in 3 minutes (yes 3 minutes) the thermostat says 25 degrees and the heater turns off. Probably due to inertia, the thermostat even reports 26 degrees. However, within 2-3 minutes it cools down again and starts reporting 22 degrees and the heater turns on. And this comedy cycle repeats itself over and over again. I've tried it morning, evening, during the day and the result is always the same. I even tried putting the heater in the middle of the room to eliminate any reflections or anything. It won't help. The infrared simply hits the temperature sensor as well and for me this product is absolutely unusable.
