Shelly probably released a new FW that solves the inconsistency in communication with BT gateway so I didn't have to modify the configuration see previous review and link to subreddit. In Home Assistant, you can turn on an additional sensor that shows the ID of the sent message (0-255), which should be sent at maximum intervals of one minute. So far I have observed that about 3 messages out of 255 are lost, i.e. only one in about 1.5 hours. Shelly application also nicely shows which gateway received the message and the time since the last message, so everything is nicely clear.

Blackouts, see previous reviews. I don't think it's the blackouts, it's trying to conserve the battery. It is not explicitly stated on the manufacturer's website, but according to other sources it is related to the measurement deviation, respectively. temperature changes. +/- 0.5 to 1 °C. In short, if it's not big enough, it won't send the data. I tried transferring the sensor between different environments and each time the new data was sent within a few minutes, sometimes even within a minute. When the temperature stabilized, it stopped sending data.
I don't think using it as a "thermostat" is appropriate because of the described behavior
Sometimes when it stopped sending data, I couldn't stand it and went to press the button thinking the BT connection was lost (from the basement), the data was sent with no problem. So it probably won't be the BT range even though you can't expect much inside the house.
You cannot set the temperature deviation range for sending data or set a fixed time interval.
