Although they do not have active noise suppression, they still very effectively dampen sounds in the surroundings. They are also frequency-balanced in the mids and highs, but there is a bit of a problem with the bass. To explain, these headphones have 2 modes (apps must be installed). The " aware" mode, which with the correct earphones (blue, with a mini hole in the earphones) for listening to ambient noises with added bass, and the " focus" mode for noise suppression (earphones without a hole) with the bass removed. And with the " focus" mode that I use, the headphones have too much bass. I was forced to use the " aware" mode (which has a lot of bass) but with earplugs without a hole (black) and then reduce the bass to the right value with the equalizer. With this modification, the headphones play very well and I am satisfied with them.
