I bought the phone for my wife as a replacement for last year's Samsung A05s, which was purchased on 15/7/4/24 no. Contracts 505412744, and has since been in warranty 4 times for the same defect. I would expect reputable companies to replace the product with a faultless one or refund my money. I bought a new one because I assumed the claim would be handled positively. Instead of a working phone, I got an internet browser for 3200 CZK when connected to wifi. Isn't that not enough? Now I can only pray that this new phone works, because clearly both of these companies don't care about customer satisfaction.
