As I unpacked ChefMax from the box, her eyes shone with curiosity and excitement. She was looking forward to enriching her intimate moments, but when I took it out of the box she got a little scared. It's really small, both in weight and size. My fears fell away as soon as the magic of sous-vide cooking was explained. Sous-vide cooking needs no comment, but this product was really good. I don't understand why I haven't seen many reviews. Here I would like to mention especially the noise level, which was around 60dB, which seemed to me really a lot. The ChefMax is not audible at all and when I measure dB, it shows around 30dB at maximum zoom. It's a piece of stainless steel, very high quality, the setup is simple, I don't miss the application here at all, on the contrary, anyone can use it very easily. Final recommendation - if you are cooking 2 eggs Benedict, you will be looking for them in the casserole because this product can handle much more cooking and is designed to do so.
