The chair (or armchair if you prefer) arrived today, so it's not time tested. It's a replacement for a TrustGaming chair I bought a few years ago here on Alza at a discount from I think 5500 to 4500 (something like that). I was not happy with it, back pain etc, this chair is (now) much more comfortable (and more expensive. but with a 25% discount, i.e. about 6300 CZK). For ratings see pros and cons.

Although someone here mentions that the seating is too hard, not for me, the TrustGaming armchair I'm reviewing is a "slab with a piece of foam" against it. That makes me a lot better.
The lumbar support, it's "built in" and if it works (someone wrote that they had a problem with it, I didn't) then it's great and takes the comfort a lot further.
The overall height, at my size (over 180cm) is just right. I wouldn't want a smaller one.
The armrests, especially the forward/backward and inward movement! and out are great. Plus, they are wider, which means that I always found positions for my hands (which can't be said for the TG chair).
After adjusting the "cushion" (see negatives), even the headrest is quite comfortable.
Transportation went as arranged and that counts too.
If it lasts a few years, I'm happy: -)
I didn't find any instructions, those two sheets of paper wouldn't make the product more expensive). As far as I know, I'm not the only one "without papers"; -)
The chair is quite heavy, which can be a plus.
When assembling it, it seemed to me that something just looked "cheap". The bottom holes for the screws were not in perfect position and I had to push a bit on the Allen (included).
Already after assembling it seems to me that the chair is not so stable, it tilts very easily, which may be fine, but in other reviews this is also mentioned, even with the "creaking" that may (and may not) come. We'll see.
One of the worst things is the neck support, it is so high that it is literally unusable or even uncomfortable for people up to about 175 cm. I wonder which person, with presumed knowledge of human anatomy, designed this one in that size. The back and occiput, with the spine aligned, have a difference (when leaning) of 4 - 5 cm and the pillow should compensate for this. No way, it pushes the head forward, it is made of denser foam, not memory foam). If I want to address forward slumped shoulders and neck pain and event. heads, this is a way to make it worse. Solution, the pillow is zippered, I cut the foam down to about 1/3 and it's much better. By the way, I also tried for the "lying down" position and with my over 180cm it was still uncomfortable. Yeah, and it was the same with the aforementioned TraustGaming.
