HW powerful (probably still the best for the price), but user-unfriendly - I eventually returned it due to the non-quality of the SW. Not suitable for beginners (with NAS) with larger requirements - I write as a former Linux user.

The hardware is powerful

QTS is fast

QuMagie app on iOS is pretty good

It has HDMI so you can connect it to, for example, a TV

quite detailed settings

possibility of expanding RAM to 16GB, 2 SSD and e.g. network card.

Terribly confusing multimedia settings (there are at least 2 recommended transcoding apps, both from 3rd parties).

error in the instructions (what password to use when resetting - in my case it was the Cloud Key, not the announced Mac address)

The iPhone apps have tons of bugs - for example, unlocking encrypted volume didn't work for me.

Buggy in settings - e.g. broken thumbnails generation settings in quMagie and each menu is completely different (by its logic, not by its content)

Need to manually set Notifications for each option

Quite noisy (beeping, the fan can spin up, not counting the HDD).

Support has practically written me off: "read the manual".

RAM expansion is only in some pieces (in pieces from alza it should be possible).

Some iOS apps are no longer supported (qVideo).

It comes with relatively unset security - you have to install the Firewall (which has at least a 2-click setting with a choice of security levels).

The HD Desk Station (the default "OS"/application for HDMI connection) seems to get only minimal support anymore. It has practically only 2 browsers, camera tracking and a video player, for which it is not clear how to make it work. The rest of the apps are just websites.
