Ok, I' ve had the phone for the third day. To summarize all personal impressions and feelings and compare the " low-cost" phones Realme 6s and Moto G84. Do not take my assessment as a standard for every user, everyone sees it differently and has different feelings about it. I' m just comparing really cheap phones. I would like to point out in advance that I work with phones (I have a total of 11) a lot, because I test applications and websites and work a lot with the Internet and social media. sites on a daily basis. 1. Display - and it is a pOLED in the G84, so compared to the regular LCD in the 6s, it does not stand out in any way. In terms of quality and image, the prehistoric LCD is simply better. If I set the refresh rate to Auto, the permanent frequency is 90 - it doesn' t matter what application I' m in or what content I' m currently viewing. Even Xiaomi has better displays. In addition, there are only two display modes in the system - Living and Natural. naturally, it turns the entire display into a very yellow color - I don' t understand. 2. Absolutely killer and very clever notification settings on pure Android. I completely understand why the other brands have their own launcher, because the main reason for all these pure Androids is their total confusion and lack of clarity. I should mention the swapping of the three navigation icons at the bottom. A million settings for everything possible, by downloading the offer from top to bottom - wide icons and the need to scroll to the sides - but forced. As for the notifications, I spent two hours looking for why I am not receiving notifications on FB Messenger. Furthermore, if I have the do not disturb mode turned on, I still have no idea how to set the info pins for the application and icons in the status bar and, for example, + vibration, but at the same time have the sounds turned off in the do not disturb mode. I just don' t see, can' t find the setting and probably won' t set it. Some other brands like Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, etc. have it elaborated in detail. 3. When entering the PIN on the locked screen, the phone does not unlock immediately, but like a monkey I have to press Enter, whereas other phones unlock it immediately after entering the PIN. 4. Fingerprint reader, it' s just not the fastest and it reminds me of 10+ years ago. It just doesn' t work very reliably. Compared to the Realme 6s, it' s just unreliable and slow. 5. Charged - 4-year-old phones were charged just as fast or faster. And what bothers me the most is that the new device obviously recycles charging adapters and no longer has a native USB-C - USB-C cable, which would make it easier to transfer / migrate data from the old phone to the new one with the help of this double-sided USB-C cable. 6. Such nonsense as the attached silicone case - it has sharper edges at the back and is extremely uncomfortable to hold. Just a waste of resources, so I think I' ll throw it away and buy a new one. 7. There is no foil display protection from the factory, at least the very cheapest basic one. At the same time, its delivery would cost a measly fraction of the price of the entire device. 8. Display again - the automatic brightness control (adaptive brightness) in the evening is absolutely powerful, which I had to turn off, because it either reduces the brightness for me or, on the contrary, increases it from 15% to 30% arbitrarily just because it detects the slight glow of the street lighting. She didn' t do it smoothly, but in leaps and bounds. Again, I can add to the Realme 6s, which did this absolutely perfectly, and other brands can do it too. Here it is unasked. 9. The display again - adaptive brightness in sunny weather at the maximum setting. It tends to flicker slightly in the phone' s settings menu. As if trying to add an extra 1% of brightness, but it is then reduced to the original value of 100%. 10. SW nonsense like Application lock - it doesn' t exist here at all. Phone application - absolutely nonsense, I don' t understand why it goes against the flow. For example, popular contacts with a star image as three large round icons on one line. It is unclear and looks disgusting, whereas everyone else can see it as a classic list in the Favorites category, etc. 11. CAMERAS - one would say that in 2024 with the advent of AI, it' s going to be crazy. BUT the advice is that phone manufacturers can recycle optically waste sensors and pass it off as advanced technology with a perfect result, and they don' t use superlatives even in promotional materials - of course, if I take my old Nokia 6303, this Moto G84 is progress. In fact, the photos are very old for the present time. For occasional use - shooting fail videos, some random photos just to show that a person was on a trip here and there and took a picture of the langos for 150 as a souvenir - that' s probably enough. But, for example, the old 6s with the Helio G90T could also record 60fps 4k video or slow motion, and those photos were sometimes comparable to the latest iPhones or Samsungs. How many times have iPhone or Samsung users asked me what model I used to take the photos. 12. The overall browsing of the phone sometimes got stuck here and there - my old 6s with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage can do that, but it does so because the apps are as undetectable as possible and I have about 5 GB of free space left . But this Moto has 12 GB of RAM (+3 GB extended) and 256 GB of storage. Is this really OK? And I haven' t tried GPS yet (Waze, Here We Go, etc. navigation). /// Of course there are also positives. Vo-WiFi with TM and Vo-LTE can do it. The battery lasts for about a few hours more than the Realme 6s, but it is not miraculously durable. Gesta Moto - I don' t know how to use it, other phones can do some of it, but at least it' s here, the development of the flashlight with emi will be about 1-2 times a year. Moto Connect is there, but I haven' t tried it yet, I assume that it will only be a slightly more improved solution instead of Connecting a phone to a PC from MS. REALLY somewhere (some regions) the Moto G84 has an eSIM option - DO YOU GET IT? It' s just not available here. I don' t understand why it is not realistic to use 2x SIM + SD card. Today I received the update to Android 14 and the April security patch. So the OS version is probably the final version and updates if they come once every half a year as if they didn' t exist (in addition, probably only until the end of '25 - because they are for 3 years). /// I bought a Moto g84 on sale for 5100, - And I really don' t know if I' ll last another 2-3 years with it, it might happen that it will be returned this week or after a year I' ll sell it and go to something else. Here then the impressions and feelings end. And I' m wondering if I' ll even reach the set notification. Does anyone have an idea how to set this up without me having to look for some stupid apps for this purpose? P. S. I really didn' t expect those " occasional" stutters in the animation when switching applications, and I have the display refresh rate set to 120Hz. I assumed, according to the AnTuTu score, that the Moto G84 is 2x more powerful than the 4-year-old Realme 6s with Helio G90T, but this is simply not a great user experience. I have other older different phone models and they simply don' t do such jams/jumps on older CPUs. I can therefore definitely recommend the Moto G84 as an undemanding, pure work phone, ideal if its price drops even lower.
Special price and battery capacity.
You can probably find a better phone with an extra charge.

decent phone at an affordable price
Speed
Battery life
total clean Andros
Moto gestures, e.g. shake turns the flashlight on/off (not in the flip case - proximity sensor turns the gesture off)
I can't quite compare it to others, but I have the impression that the localization accuracy is not the greatest (the model should handle Galileo), sometimes for example the Rekola app says I'm returning off station. The previous Motorola Vision One was even worse, is this a Motorola weakness?

The phone is a nice size, everything works as it should, intuitive controls. Light weight and MOTO gestures that are very addictive. However, the quality of the photos is not quite top-notch, however, if I base on the parameter "mobile phone" I can say that we are satisfied. This is the second MOTOroller in the family and we are considering another one.

For 4000 CZK a better mid-range phone. Performance-wise, with Snapdragon 695 and Adreno 619 GPU, the phone can handle normal usage quickly and without any choppiness. In terms of gaming performance, the phone can handle simple games (Valorant Mobile, COD Mobile, Project Sekai: Colorful Stage, Blue Archive, etc) completely fine at clean 60 FPS, but as for the more challenging games (Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, etc. ) the phone already needs to lower the graphics to make the game playable (and it heats up a lot more). The speakers are equipped with a dolby atmos stereo system and sound not the best but not bad. The battery is capable of lasting all day with normal use, and with the 33W Moto TurboPower charger directly from Motorola, it charges from 0% to 100% in about 1 hour. Photos the phone shoots nicely + is still improved after shooting with Auto enhance, videos from the camera are average, 1080p resolution at 30 FPS looks cool, but 1080p at 60 FPS is no longer the best. 8 GB RAM (expandable up to 16 GB with RAM boost) is enough for even more demanding games and discord in a floating window at the same time. The phone came out with Android 13 after release and got updated up to Android 15 where it's done with big updates. After a couple of months of use (mostly after long carrying in my pocket) the phone started to chop and flash vertical lines camera and crash applications and when calling from the phone I was told several times from the other side that I hear terribly quiet - advertised (since the complaint has passed a month and so far works fine). But when I turn on my phone, several pre-installed games and apps pop up, and when I use my phone, moto games and moto apps send notifications about recommended apps and games that can't be deleted (you have to disable notification permissions for these apps) TL; DR: A good phone for casual use and moderate gaming with great storage and an average camera
