After the first pairing, both pieces worked well. Via bluetooth.
BT disconnects after leaving the house and does not reconnect when I return, tested repeatedly. The sensor must always be rebooted and reconnected.
A HUB is required for functionality. Some other Xiaomi devices that can do this will also suffice.
A wifi or BT connection is not sufficient for functionality.

Works as it should until the first battery is in.
After replacing the battery, it doesn't respond at all, it doesn't even reboot the device, so it's only disposable, therefore for a year.
