The printed instructions are rather unfortunate, so it's better not to follow them and follow the app that guides you through the installation step by step. I naively thought, even though the Chinese guy on support claimed that if I bought their thermometer for it, it would read the temperature from it and not from around the head - no way! NO!
After connecting the thermometer, it completely started to do what it wanted, the thermometer measured quickly and with a frequency about the same as the response of Internet Explorer. it was completely becoming unavailable and disconnecting.
And as the icing on the cake, it punished me by randomly opening up to full, which is fine to wake up to 26 degrees at 3am: ). The Chinese support man explained everything by telling me not to upgrade the firmware and that was the last nail in the coffin.
Unfortunately, they didn't take it on credit (I believed it for too long. ), and instead I got a brand new one. Anyway, the electric ashtray's waiting, bye-bye: )

I bought used heads, so it made the initial pairing with HomeKit a bit complicated, because the HUB needed to be reset first. Another obstacle was in finding the right reduction for the M28x1.5mm thread. Of course, just looking at the manual was enough, but who would do that these days, right? Simple pairing (including heads with HUB). I only had rechargeable batteries, so it immediately told me that the batteries needed to be replaced, even though everything was working. After replacing it with a disposable one, everything is fine (it is also written in the manual). I was a bit unhappy with the temperature calibration the head was showing. In the application, there is an option to adjust the temperature that the sensor shows behind the real one (for this, of course, you need a second thermometer, for example in the middle of the room, according to which you adjust the value). I didn' t know that all the changes would take about 3 minutes to show up, so I kept editing and still no change showing up. Fortunately, I then discovered this information in the manual. So everything was set up correctly and now it works perfectly.
