I switched from a Logitech marathon mouse and after less than a month, I'm perfectly comfortable with it. I have smaller hands, so it fits great, ergonomics are great. I've had the same pencil battery in it for a month, so I can't evaluate the battery life yet.

After switching from the Marathon mouse, I miss the button that "releases" the wheel. Lift has a stiffer scroll wheel, so you can't scroll as fast. I've read on the forums that it will "work itself out" over time (we'll see, I've had it for a month)
