It was great at first, but after just a few uses the handle of the cup started to come loose, and we didn't even put it in the dishwasher, even though the instructions say it's dishwasher-safe. When we complained, they replaced the whole machine, but unfortunately the same thing happened with the second one – the handle came loose and now, a year and a few months after the replacement, it's stopped heating up and won't froth the milk. I wouldn't buy it again.
When it works, it's good
We had to claim once and unfortunately didn't manage to a second time, the cup handle is coming loose
After 2 years it stopped heating and only froths slightly.

I love this milk frother, it's a gamechanger for making foam, for lattes at a fraction of the price of a coffee machine.
Really good, the milk tastes different.
You can make it cold, but it can also heat the milk.
Sometimes it won't start twice in a row, it has to cool down first

It might seem like a silly little thing, but for people who like, for example, a cappuccino, it's brilliant.

From me, it's about 3 stars, but it might suit someone else, it's just my personal opinion. The quality is really good, including the easy handling.
nice design, quality workmanship
The inner container doesn't burn the milk
The temperature of the frothed milk depends on the amount; if there's more milk (within the limit of the marker line), the milk's temperature is only around 35°C, which is far too low for me.
If I don't turn it off early, the milk is frothed so much that after pouring, there's barely a fifth of it in the latte glass. The rest is a thick foam which, although it looks good, is undrinkable, so I pour it away, or rather, I scoop it out with a spoon and throw it away. I've had the frother for half a year, use it about 5x a day, and I still haven't managed to figure out the moment when the foam is perfect.

I’m happy with what the product does. It’s really quick, easy and tasty. After just a few months, manufacturing defects became apparent, see Cons. I' m advertising now. Otherwise, I’m happy with the product. It’s just that the design could be better, so that its shortcomings don’t become apparent so soon
Quick
easy to clean
easy operation
design
Sometimes the hot foam is a bit too thick
Cold foam, on the other hand, is sometimes very thin or even non-existent (it varies – perhaps depending on the quantity; I always use the same amount of milk)
After a few months, the handle came loose – it was on the verge of falling off completely
the propeller stopped spinning – a little tab had come loose from it

Quickly froths both cold and warm milk, producing a super-thick foam
