I wanted a cheap but functional camera that I could use on holidays and short trips even in bad weather. Which the camera brilliantly fulfils, in fact exceeds expectations. I expected an average picture but the opposite is true. Yes, the colors are a bit overdone. Especially the grass is deep green but otherwise everything is sharp. Recording is ideal in 4k, 2k is also not bad at 60 frames is also nice and smooth but in HD it is already visible that the quality is worse. Of course, for 4k you need to equip yourself with an appropriate card, as soon as you use a cheap one with poor speed be prepared for video and audio dropouts. What puzzled me the most is the non-functional app which has been nine years without updating to new androids, so with android version 12 and above you don't stand a chance. Lamax support told me that there is only one chance and that is a third party application. Fortunately, this option works and it is possible to transfer videos from the camera using wifi. With this option, however, you have to keep in mind that sometimes the transfer does not work as expected and the video is corrupted, it happens to me often. Anyway, the name of the supported application is SupCam Pro. Apart from these problems, however, it is a very good camera for the price offered, which will serve you very well and in case of loss or breakage you will not mind buying another one. I highly recommend it.
