The dimensions don't match the description, which in the end didn't bother me as I didn't have to move the rear posts. What is a massive problem, however, is that it simply won't fit width-wise into a standard 19" rack with a rack case from the same manufacturer. And just when you think you've won after adjusting the post spacing as much as possible (to the point where the switch won't let it go any further), you realise that because it's so tight, you can't slide the server out. It required some very careful and very targeted destruction, otherwise the case would have been trapped in there forever. I wouldn't have thought something like this was even possible.

It's too tight, it only works with some 19" rack enclosures. Some of them won't fit - the server scrapes on the sides and can't be slid in or can't be put on the rails at all. Tested with a 4U server cabinet of this brand.

the product as such is probably ok, just the compatibility with their own accessories not so much. If each ski was a millimeter narrower, great, but as it is now, it can't be fully extended in combination with their own timing. There was also a note that it was compatible with skis, but that didn't quite work out, so I had to improvise a bit. I was a bit dismayed by the review next door that claims it can't go below 500mm. It worked. I'm not going to return it, but I'm not entirely happy with the result either. Maybe it wasn't even supposed to work with my time. Who knows?
