Excellent product. I appreciate the ability to set the shutdown after 1-3-9 hours. 9 hours is ideal if you want to keep it on all night but not risk forgetting to turn it off in the morning before you leave. There are also 6 temperature settings, 1+2 are for overnight use, the rest are not meant to be used for that long. The levels correspond, 1 heats only a little, 2 a little more, 6 is practically impossible to lie on, it is so for a quick warm-up of the bed. The numbers on the control are lit, so you can see what you are setting even in the dark - they are lit enough, but not distracting. I also have a feeling they're not muting, but I'm not sure. Mine's all the way down on the floor, so it's fine. It's not particularly hard, I keep it under my sheets and it's fine. But of course you know about it, there's no other way to do it, there are wires in it. But it doesn't bother. Disconnectable feed, placed on the side, supposedly washable but I haven't tried it yet.

For me - and this is why I chose it - the 1-3-9 hour auto shut off setting and 6 temperature settings.
