I am returning the product for a refund. When used with a Mac Pro 16, it restarts randomly, disconnects all the drives, and then starts up again after 2s. I tried different sockets to see if it was a voltage issue, and disconnected all the drives. But it still keeps doing it. Maybe it's a faulty unit, but I absolutely hate this product now. Also, the layout of the connectors isn't the cleverest. For example, access to the card slots isn't ideal, it's a poorly thought-out design…

The dock is great (100% compatibility so far) but it arrived with a defective "certified" Thunderbolt 5 cable, so I had to buy my own.
