All in all, it’s a decent product; they could easily have raised the price a little and sorted out the shortcomings, which would have made the product satisfactory for customers like me, but unfortunately…

I have absolutely no confidence in that handle, which is also made entirely of plastic; the body and nozzle, however, are made of steel

There’s a sort of silicone protrusion on the base of the kettle, and I’ve no idea what it’s for.

I couldn’t work out how the ‘keep warm’ function works; the display switches off after about 15 seconds. If all you need to do is press the function button and set the temperature, then it probably doesn’t work very well – though I did test it with the lid removed.
