I was waiting for a new model after the GT5 Pro, which I didn't like the look of. The Watch 5 is the ultimate luxury on your wrist that only Huawei can do. While I don't completely dislike the Chinese brand, they are miles behind the competition on this one. I was worried about the spherical slide, but completely unnecessary. The glass adds a touch of flair to the watch. I'm just a little worried about what's gonna happen when I hit the wall with them. Which brings me to the body material, which is in the black version, "only stainless steel", it seems a shame, I've already got used to titanium, but so far no problem. The watch is comfortable on my wrist, although it feels heavier than previous models, but I like the feeling of wearing something on my wrist. The novelty of a similar health feature via the side button I take as a cool attempt at innovation. Oflline maps also work surprisingly well. Everything else is similar to GT5 Pro. The watch's SW is much better than on previous models, more sophisticated, nimble, more accurate measurements in everything, more metrics, almost without reservation except for the menu, where there are already so many functions and settings that some specific things are unnecessarily hidden and one would look for them elsewhere. NFC is still missing, but that's a feature I don't need. The battery life is weaker compared to the GT5 pro, but they lasted me 7 days with normal use (notifications, 2 hours of indoor exercise, all measurements on, no AOD, wifi and esim). Esim I have not tested how it is supported by the operator, however, in the Czech Republic it will only be as a separate number, not as one number. (watches can do it, but operators can't). In conclusion, for me, the best universal watch on the market. There are a few cons that may be a hindrance for some, but they win me over with their versatility, sense of luxury and durability.
