the need to update the firmware (which is not trivial), otherwise almost nothing works (but the application does not write an error - so you just look at how it does nothing and you do not know why)

even after the update, the bluetooth always disconnects after about 30 seconds without any notification, so it is impossible to upload the code repeatedly, I always managed to do it at most twice in a row when I clicked on it right after each other. otherwise not - then it is necessary to restart both the robot and the application in the browser and reconnect, so only the connection via cable works, which is very impractical. Tested on 3 different devices - it behaves the same everywhere.

the calibration block does not work at all, i.e. it is not possible to force the robot to drive straight, which is also pretty useless

when running the code directly from the application, the "forward" movement is evaluated as a backward movement. But when uploading code directly to the robot, the "forward" is really forward. I.e. you always have to rewrite the code depending on where you run it from.

probably these are just software problems, but they make the product almost unusable, for me to claim and until the software problems are solved they should withdraw it from sale.
