I bought the headphones just as a backup, to have something in my car for when I'm out and forget my JBLs. In Alza days they came out at a really interesting price. So it's hard to compare them to the headphones I paid 10 times as much for. It will probably do its job. I have them for sports, so the most important parameter - a firm hold in the ears performs well. The sound is not completely "aliexpress" either, it is listenable, some separation of instruments is noticeable. JEn is extremely overbaked. I AM a fan of stronger bass, but this is too much. Some kind of equalizer app would be useful. Another thing that bothers me a bit is the unintuitive controls, but that's pretty subjective. If you were not used to Sony or JBL before, you probably won't mind. But what is absolutely tragic is the docking case. I've read previous reviews here, but I really wasn't expecting this. I'm gonna have to pry these headphones out of the case before I go skating. There can be no question of any commitment during sport. You'd better take a small screwdriver with you, because you can't get the headphones out of the case.
The price in Alza days corresponds to the quality of the goods
ANC quite decent performance, definitely above standard in this price range

Who the hell invented the docking station? I've read complaints here about the bragging about hearing the docks, but I really wasn't expecting this. Truly the most stupidly conceived dock of all time. That's what degrades the headphones. I'm used to skating and after a while I take my headphones out of my pocket and put them on. It's certainly not possible here. The headphones must be slowly removed from the dock with a screwdriver
Extremely overbassed sound. We're not HiFi lovers. That's why my main headphones are JBL. I like the BAs sound because it simply motivates me to better athletic performance. But these headphones are already pushing the envelope a lot.
