After reading the reviews I had my concerns, but after a week of wearing it with the Apple Watch Ultra 4, the strap is fine. The question is how the finish will hold up after longer use.
good workmanship
doesn't pull hairs and is pleasant to hold
The magnet even holds for the AW Ultra.
price
nothing so far

A great strap for the price with a really premium look. The price is a real fraction of what you'd pay for an original Apple one. Some people write that it catches their arm hair, but that hasn't happened to me, it's really very comfortable on the wrist.
I've had it for about half a year, so I can't comment on its durability, but even if I had to buy a new one every year, it's definitely worth it for this price.
Very nice look
Pleasant to the hand
Holds well, doesn't loosen, doesn't fall off

I've already bought two of these straps. Each time, after a relatively short period of use, a wire on it comes loose and starts to snag my clothes.
poor processing quality
The wires are coming loose

What I like most is that the circumference can be adjusted, not in set increments (like a strap with holes), but simply by tightening or loosening it by exactly as much as you need :-).
Suitable length
Comfortable to wear
Low weight
High-quality strap material
Good durability
Fits the watch perfectly
Easy exchange
