Dyson products are not bad, and this vacuum cleaner is not bad either. But if you need any support, or to deal with a claim or spare part, stay strictly with Alza. The support on dyson.cz is literally horrible, the website is insane, there is no call center, the chat is almost non-functional, it is obviously manned by non-English speaking people who use an online translator.
