I sent it in for a complaint because when making milk drinks, the milk churn sizzles, hisses, uses about half the prescribed amount of milk and doesn't whisk much. Basically it is a mix of heated water with milk and espresso to go with it. Half of the milk drinks he prepares perfectly, the other half very badly. The complaint was that they replaced the electric valve and supposedly cleaned the milk deposits. Supposedly, they tested it. The coffee maker is doing exactly the same as before the complaint. They printed me a manual on how to keep the coffee machine clean - thank you very much. I clean it really thoroughly and regularly, and I don't need the advice of a claims technician to do it. The coffee maker has its own milkway cleaning program, it needs to be switched on with a button - this is great, but it's not enough to just swipe it once, it needs to be switched on at least 3 times (yes a serious techie, that's how thoroughly I clean it regularly). Unfortunately, the milk churn has a lot of nooks and crannies that you can't just clean - either a dishwasher helps, or you take a toothpick and really poke at every crease. In summary, if you want good milk drinks, avoid this coffee machine. I myself will be claiming it again and again until I can get them to repair it to the condition it should be in or refund my money so I can look elsewhere. BTW. I bought the coffee maker at the end of 2024. At the time, it had a complaint rate of I think 4%. Currently over 12%.
