Fast and positive handling of the complaint.
Unfortunately in 2 weeks of use I have not found any positives.
After 2 weeks of sporadic function it stopped working.
It could not be started even by resetting to factory settings.

I can't connect at all, they say I have to connect to the site but when I do it says "connected to the device, internet is not available" so like 500 with apologies in the ass

I have written everything essential in "+" and "-". I give only three stars for both of the above mentioned minuses, especially for the "translation" of MAC, because it is the maximum I can get away with. e (STVE! not what you think. ). For those who know how the repeater works and have ever configured a network device, I would recommend to skip reading the manual and proceed intuitively - in the package there is a card with the WiFi name and password, after connecting open the web interface of the gateway and there it asks reasonably.
A simple device and if you don't bother studying the pointless manual, it is easy to set up.
The signal in the necessary place has increased from -70 - -75 to -52 - - -53 dB, so the net has really strengthened
compact design (no transformers or cables)
I would like to see the signal strength of the source site in the administration so that I can optimize the placement
it changes MAC addresses of connected devices - it replaces the first half, and it uses at least two different "prefixes" so that the address reservation in DHCP has become hell

As soon as one uploads OpenWRT and sets the relayd, the value of the relayd is doubled. However, the manufacturer (apparently in a failed attempt to filter out duplicate packets that its stock firmware sends) also filters out the desired DHCP Offer responses coming into it from the upstream AP (it filters out about 90% of them, but occasionally lets a few through). Its stock firmware does this too, so it takes 10 minutes for the device to get an address via DHCP. Fortunately, you "only" need to patch the upstream DHCP server if you have it under your control: add sleep(1) before sending the Boot Reply message type (2) packet. A pause of a second in Reply after the previous Request message will disable its filter (I guess it "forgets"? ). Then it suddenly becomes one of the best options on the market for 2.4G and for a few bucks. Performance is fine, it has 2-streams MIMO. I lost two days debugging, but I'm satisfied in the end.
supports OpenWRT firmware (simple flashing via built-in fail-safe recovery)
small and doesn't heat or power too much (around 1W)
MediaTek MT7628AN, 8 MB flash, 64 MB RAM
the firmware supplied by the manufacturer duplicates packets and allows almost nothing to be set
the manufacturer does some sloppy filtering of DHCP packets in the wifi driver blob and drops them before they reach the kernel

setup instructions are poor, the application is probably from 2008
for me it slowed down the signal even more (probably individually)

Small
Easy setup
Decent range
The mobile app is clear and designed to make the setup as simple as possible, but it looks like it was designed by an elementary school student and at times you are not sure if the app is stuck or still loading.

So I was looking for something cheap and handy in the dusty basement where I have a workshop, the basement I have under the house about 3 meters under the ground, standard WiFi me there at times reached and at times not and the connection speed was up to 1 Mbit so I paired this little guy in the room through the PC at the WiFi and took it to the basement and very surprised, the connection speed holds at 14 Mbit and works great
