Creality K1 - absolute disappointment For simple 2D prints, it still holds up, but when it comes to more complex models (figures, arches, letters, etc. ), the print is completely unusable - filaments fray, details are destroyed. Tested on 8 types of filament, without any improvement. Settings cannot be adjusted, claim rejected. Verdict: the printer is a disaster. Never again anything from this manufacturer. I don't even recommend considering buying - beware claims are not handled by Alza!

The printer was purchased as "Unpacked" (not recommended). After unpacking, it was clear that a definite expert had been involved in the back packing. Instead of removing the cable adapter from the LCD display, the cable in question simply ripped and tore out of the adapter (a piece of the cable remained in the adapter). Fortunately, the LCD cable can be found separately and easily replaced after unscrewing the bottom plate.

If you want to customize and adjust the printer in your own image, as is possible with modular printers, this is not the printer for you. Unpack from the box, unscrew a few screws, remove the tongue and you're ready to print. It calibrates itself and prints really accurately, small parts fit together with up to 0 tolerance. Of course it has downsides, if you want to make a modification, modify something, or reconfigure as you were used to so you will not go. But the vast majority of the time it is not needed and everything works as it should. My biggest problem is with feeding the filament. The filament end detector is 30cm from the nozzle, so even if it could print it won't. Once the filament runs out, it is often necessary to disassemble the tube to remove it. Removing the filament and inserting a new one is only "digitally" via the display, when the nozzle heats up and a piece of filament extrudes. Even when taking it out and when you run out of it, it extrudes it a bit, which means there's nothing to hold on to in the back and you have trouble pulling it out. The timelapses are definitely not as nice quality as those of Bambulab and the like. But to check remotely what the print looks like is sufficient. The failed print detection did not work even once and I came to a bunch of filament several times. The original slicer makes no sense, OrcaSlicer FTW. For the price, the best it can be, but I might buy a more expensive one in the future, we'll see how long it lasts. So far 6 months of almost continuous printing. I was getting an error message about the extruder temperature for a while, but it went away, probably a software bug.
