I bought the baking tray for bread baking and after the first use I was absolutely thrilled. The bread is beautifully crispy and soft inside. Tried it on dalamans - they turned out great too. I also used the bottom part for baking pizza - I have nothing to complain about either. Before first use, the baking pan needs to be properly fired according to the instructions - I used oil spray and fired both parts gradually at 250 degrees. The inside gained shine and perhaps even non-stick - but I have not tested this - I bake everything on baking paper. I baked bread in a glass baking dish for years - cast iron is much better. I recommend where I walk..: -)
