The box is great.
Delivery to an AlzaBox isn't so great. This is a food box and it arrived dirty and unwrapped. I understand that Alza doesn't use extra packaging now, but I would have expected it for this item.
the box itself is great. we've had the larger version for several years and it's like new.

My first experience with a b.box and I'm a bit shocked by how much the silicone part smells. Is that normal? My neighbour bought the same one and hers smells too.
Layout, quality, finish, size – everything's great.
a very strong, unpleasant smell from the silicone part

quality plastic
The size is just right, not for a full lunch but sufficient for a snack.
Doesn't smell (some reviews say the box or its rubber parts smell).
The goods aren't wrapped for transport, I understand the eco-friendly perspective, but for something that's for food, I don't think that's okay.

Snack box for a child. Delivered without any packaging whatsoever. It's a food box and I expect some level of hygiene during transport. Next time, I'll be sending it back. The box was all grubby and it wasn't even certain it would wash clean.
