I bought this for my MacBook because I needed to mirror two external monitors. After plugging it in, everything works as expected and without any issues. Just to clarify about the 60Hz… that's the maximum frequency set by Apple and it's perfectly sufficient for the average user. I just don't understand why Apple still has it set up this way. People often don't know this and discuss it in various forums. I have absolutely no problem with this product. I already own several products from Axagon (mainly as a photographer – card readers) and everything works flawlessly. I recommend reading the description as well. Everything is written there.

It lived up to expectations. Connecting two monitors works fine (2x 2K 144Hz). A data transfer rate of 10 Gbit is fine too. I like the finish; it looks very high-quality. I use it with my Lenovo laptop.

It works on Windows without a single problem. I have 2 monitors connected, one 2k at 240Hz and the other fullHD at 144Hz. No flickering, stable picture, everything OK.
My son tried it out on his Macbook for fun and everything worked without any problems, just like it says in the product description. Dual-monitor mirroring and 60Hz frequencies are claimed by Apple. I recommend the product mainly for Windows because of the desktop extension. Good for me. Small, light, does what it's supposed to do and most importantly, it finally got my two monitors up and running without any nerves.

Not much music for a lot of money. For me a pretty useless device especially if you have a Mac. I didn't give any positives because I wasn't surprised by any positives. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this device.
Does not support more than 60 Hz for macOS

Hello, thank you for your review. We'd like to clarify that Apple's official support states a maximum refresh rate of 60Hz for all 4K and 6K MacBook models. This is a feature of MacBook, not a defect in the product. We also point this out in the product description so that customers have all the relevant information before purchase. External monitor performance may vary depending on the specific generation of the M chip and the compatibility of the monitor with the specific MacBook model. In comparison, Windows PCs can achieve higher refresh rates at 4K resolution (e.g. to 144 Hz), but always depending on the performance of the graphics card. If necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert
