it brews coffee, but my impression is that everything is designed to be just so, there is no capacity reserve

it's a toy product. cheap plastic, it comes taped with cardboard so it doesn't fall apart in transit.

The water container is ridiculously small, pulling it out and filling it and putting it back in with a rubber tube without half of it coming out is a superhuman feat. Fortunately, the water reservoir can be slid out and refilled from the back, for example from a kettle you have on hand.

when the pump is running from the top, the water flows back into the tank around the hose, it does not affect the function, I will not claim it, but it gives me the impression that it is not a technically perfect product

when you want a ristretto of finely ground coffee, the pump does not have a strong enough pressure, nothing just flows. the coffee has to be ground more coarsely, but then again, you can't keep to the 28-35 seconds to make one espresso
