Afterwards, I sent an email ticket to support to resolve the issue, followed by a notification that it would be resolved by replacement, which happened within a few days. First the DHL courier delivered a new UPS and now the original broken one is waiting to be taken away. Support is therefore 100% even when it comes to home resp. small business ups what you wouldn't expect
