The processing is lame, but for the price you probably can't expect more. It's kind of hokey. One base (for screwing into the board) could be screwed into the central bar without any problems, but the one on the edge could not be screwed in at all. I had to scrape off the paint, lube it and then screw it in with great force. The bolts and nuts on the arms were scratched from factory tightening. Theoretically, it should be at 3x27", but that's only in absolute plane and with panels with mini bezels. I have 27" in the middle and 24" on the sides a bit rotated and even that was so-so.
